- One bedroom downstairs with two single beds, and four single beds upstairs. Max 6 persons.
- Combined kitchen and living room with fireplace.
- Toilet, shower, electric sauna.
- Ylläs-Niiles holiday apartment has modern facilities (WiFi, electric heating, hot/cold water, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, electric stove and oven, washing machine, tv, radio, electric drying cupboard for clothes, firewood).
- There is a ski maintenance room in the yard house.
- Accommodation price includes bed linen, towels and departure cleaning.
- During high season (from February to April) holiday apartments are mainly rented on weekly basis, Saturday as the changing day.
